How quickly do you deliver?

At DirectOnlineDeals.co.uk, we aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch within three working days, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Free & Fast Delivery

We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to all UK mainland addresses.
Orders are typically delivered within two to three working days after dispatch.

Delivery Upgrade Options

If you’d prefer a faster or tracked delivery service, you can upgrade at checkout to one of the following options (charged at cost):

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

If these options aren’t visible at checkout, please email us and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

UK Mainland

Free delivery applies to all orders delivered within the UK mainland.

Please note that certain areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and other offshore locations, may not be eligible for free delivery.
If any surcharges apply, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the details.

Europe & International

We currently do not deliver outside of the British Isles.

Cancelling or Returning an Order

If your order has already been processed for dispatch, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you are welcome to return your product for a full refund* once received.

To arrange a return, please email us before posting any items back. We’ll provide clear return instructions to make the process quick and straightforward.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, we cannot accept returns of opened, damaged, or used products.
All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used.
