Placement and Acceptance of Orders

Orders can be placed online only. Orders may be amended before processing but cannot be altered once dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission. The contract between you and Direct Online Deals Ltd is formed only when your items are dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

If you require medication for long-term use, please contact us before purchase to confirm expiry dates.

Payment

All payments are securely processed. We do not retain full card details and do not accept payments by phone.

Delivery & Risk

Orders are dispatched promptly. If an item is delayed, we may contact you to hold or split the delivery.

You must inspect goods on arrival.

Report any damages within three days of receipt.

For missing Royal Mail deliveries, please allow 10 working days before contacting us. Courier orders are fully tracked.

You can track your Royal Mail parcel at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

It is your responsibility to ensure address accuracy.

We are not liable for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Use of Goods

You must:

  • Confirm that delivered items match your order.

  • Follow your vet’s advice when using licensed medicines.

  • Contact us before using any veterinary medicine if you are unsure.

Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an order within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable goods

  • Any medication (licensed or unlicensed)

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)
    If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you have 30 days from receipt to request a replacement or refund.
